What is the best cereal to eat that is (1) low calorie/carb and (2) nutritious?

I love cereal but have basically given it up because I try to control my weight. But I know that some cereals are very nutritious and therefore worth the calories/carbs. I know I can stand in the cereal aisle at the grocery store for 30 minutes and read all the labels — but, short of doing that, who can tell me which cereal I ought to buy?
